  • Whether it’s ten people or ten thousand, I can deliver an inspiring, informative and immediately practical keynote on:

  • I design and facilitate on-site, hybrid or completely remote workshops that can enhance any teams capacity to get better at Trustworthiness by Design.

  • I can critically assess any area of the organisation, providing concrete guidance as to where trustworthiness can be enhanced, how to monitor meaningful progress, how to communicate said changes, and how to continually learn and evolve as an organisation.

  • I can design and lead whole of organisation approaches to Trustworthiness by Design (this is both the hardest and most exciting prospect of my work. It’s also the most fundamentally necessary).

  • I work with leaders to enhance philosophical health, meta-cognition and ethical leadership capacity, so that they are better placed to steward their organisations’ (trustworthiness) transformation.

  • Although there are many ways to enhance an organisations capacity to do ethics well, I have found that the best way to integrate and embed ethical decision making into an organisation is through thoughtful, participatory sociotechnical design. This is not for the faint of heart, but is by far the most effective whole of organisation approach.

    I have designed ‘Sociotechnical Systems for Ethical Decision Making’ for a number of organisations (and will happily send you examples of what I mean, if only you ask).
